Refund policy

Every Red Clay Trail Co. shirt is printed just for you when you order it, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at logantysanford@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 30 days and we'll work with the carrier to help. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Cancellations

Orders go to production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us within 2 hours of placing it and we'll do our best.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.
