Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and we'll refund you in full if we do. Product colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

Products

Our products are printed on demand by a third-party production partner. Returns, refunds and shipping are covered by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, text and images on this site belong to Red Clay Trail Co. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
